Terms of Use
Effective 1 August 2026. Last updated 1 August 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and GoodAtSwift, LLC for using the Friends Day app and this website. They are short because the product is.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By using Friends Day you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, don’t use it. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough where you live to enter into this agreement.
2. Your account
Verifying a phone number creates an account tied to that number. You are responsible for the phone and number you verify with. If you lose access to the number, email support@goodatswift.com — we cannot move an account to a new number automatically, because doing so safely requires a human to check.
3. What you put on a day
The plans, ideas, notes and names you add are yours. You keep ownership of them. You give us permission to store them, show them to the people you shared the day with, render them onto share cards, and display them on a public link page — which is simply what the product does with them, and nothing more. We do not use your content to advertise, train models, or make anything else.
You are responsible for what you add, and you agree not to use Friends Day to:
- add people who have told you they do not want to be added;
- post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes someone’s rights;
- impersonate someone else;
- attempt to access days, accounts or data you were not given access to;
- probe, scrape or overload the service, or try to guess public links;
- use it to send bulk or unsolicited messages of any kind.
4. Adding other people
When you add someone from your contacts, you are telling us you have their number legitimately and a reasonable basis for putting them on a plan. Friends Day never contacts them on your behalf — any message is one you send yourself, from your own phone.
5. Public links
A shared link is unguessable but works by possession: anyone holding it can see the shared plan. You are responsible for who you give it to. You can rotate a day’s link at any time, and removing someone from a day rotates it automatically.
6. Reporting a problem
If a public link is being used for something abusive, email support@goodatswift.com with the link. We can disable a link or a day, and we will act on genuine reports promptly.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, or where we must to protect other people. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
8. Availability
Friends Day is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the product entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can get your plans out.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Friends Day is provided without warranties of any kind, and GoodAtSwift, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Friends Day is a planning tool: it does not make reservations, guarantee anyone shows up, or take any responsibility for what happens on the day.
10. Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Friends Day. Your use of the app must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above, and tell you in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Friends Day after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GoodAtSwift, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
